1. Nature of Digital Products

Stackfer facilitates the sale of digital products including online courses, video content, e-books, audio content, and other intangible educational goods. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable absent extraordinary circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not automatic and are subject to approval by Stackfer
  • Refund requests must be raised within a reasonable period after purchase
  • Refunds may be declined if substantial content has already been accessed
  • Refunds will not be granted for change of mind

3. Creator-Defined Refunds

Certain courses or digital products may have refund terms defined by the respective creator. In such cases, the creator’s refund policy displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Courses or content that have been fully or substantially consumed
  • Downloaded or accessed digital materials
  • Subscription or membership fees once billed
  • Discounted or promotional purchases unless stated otherwise

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Payment Gateway Delays

Stackfer is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or third-party payment gateways after the refund has been initiated.

7. Policy Updates

Stackfer Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
